About Us

Founded in 1730, Bethlehem Presbyterian Church has been a part of the community for generations. We are located in beautiful, rural Hunterdon County, NJ at the corner of Rt. 513 and Grandin Road/Race Street in Pittstown, NJ. We are a part of the Presbyterian Chuch (USA) and welcome everyone to join us in the worship of God. A friendly get together with coffee and cake is usually held after every service.
New Members are Welcome
The Bethlehem Presbyterian Church receives new members in one of three ways:
- Profession of faith in Jesus Christ
- Reaffirmation of faith - a reaffirmation of faith is the appropriate way for someone to join who has been away from the life of the church for a while. It is also for someone who belongs to a church which does not grant letters of transfer.
- Letter of transfer from another Presbyterian Church.

Cemetery
In 2010 a project was undertaken by Danny Weiss, a local Eagle Scout to comprehensively map the historic Bethlehem Presbyterian Church Cemetery. We're hoping to be able to include his meticulous work on our site after a few technical glitches are resolved.
